Current Outreach Opportunities

KANSAS FOOD BANK

There is always a need to fill the shelves at the Kansas Food Bank. Most needed items are canned meats, tuna, spam, chicken and ham; canned fruits and vegetables, jelly, fruit juice, peanut butter, dry and canned beans, bagged rice and pasta, macaroni and cheese, meal helpers, canned soup, muffin and cake mixes, cornmeal, dry cereal, spaghetti sauce, and Bisquick. FAIRVIEW CHRISTIAN CHURCH HOMELESS PROGRAM

Donations of used men;s jeans, backpacks, belts, and ball caps are especially neede at this time. Always needed are men's tennis shoes, packages of underwear and socks, reading glasses and hygiene items (soap, shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrushes)
